Julian has been the Manager since 1999. He is a trained teacher with a Batchelor of Education. He is from a dairy farming background in the Manawatu. Julian has lived on the Kapiti Coast since 1984. He is married to Glenis and they have 3 adult children.
Mahalia Hodges
Mahalia has been on staff since 2003. She has many skills in cooking and catering and has enjoyed working with teenagers. She is co-tutor of the Hospitality Course. Mahalia has lived on the Kapiti Coast for a number of years and has a daughter.
Noel Cudby
Noel joined us in 2005, he runs a farm in the Reikorangi Valley, Waikanae. He has been involved in farming and the deer industry for many years. Noel is a keen hunter and fisherman. He is married to Rebecca and they have 8 children.
Kara McDougall
Kara has been a primary school teacher on the Kapiti Coast for the past 5 years. She is passionate to see young people develop their self belief and achieve their full potential in life. Kara joined the staff in February 2010, she helps the students to set goals and work towards achieving them.
